Return Policy
Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure the purity, safety, and quality of our products for every customer.

Shipping Policy
At KK’s Whipped Shea Butter, we currently prepare all orders by hand in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • We ship within the U.S. only.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by filling out the contact form below. We’ll gladly work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit if necessary.

 

Allergy Disclaimer
Our products are made with natural ingredients, including shea butter, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, and essential oils. Please review the full ingredient list before use. We recommend performing a patch test prior to applying any product fully. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
